AGM 2008

The 2008 AGM took place at 3.30 pm on Saturday 3rd May 2008 in Perth Free Church. Janet Matheson our secretary introduced Donald Matheson who delivered a report as Chair covering the previous year. Philip Brown then spoke about our finances. There were 20 persons in attendance.

Notice was given that Kerrie Bavidge stepped down from the Council and she was thanked for her service. There was a nomination and a seconder for another council member but this was left for consideration by the nominee to perhaps accept at a later date. The AGM also approved that the present council members continue in their positions although the Council expressed through Donald that there was be to be some reorganisation to the role of camps co-ordinator.

Note from the treasurer: The accounts were approved at the AGM and a copy is available on request from the Treasurer. In summary, for 2007 EEFC had income of £13,718 and expenditure of £17,848.
