Hejce Juniors 2009

This year, Hejce 2 was for the junior age group, so the site was packed out with myriads of 12-16 year olds all ready to fight to the death over the last sandwich at breakfast time. The schedule was jam packed with three 45 minute English lessons each day, plus a 75 minute Bible study. Once you included morning and evening devotions, a hillwalk, a camp concert, some ceilidh dancing, small group discussions, arts and crafts, sports and an auction of various assorted oddments, there was never a dull moment. The Hungarian leader was Gyöngyi and the Scottish leader Janet and there was a definite sense of everyone working together to bring glory to God. The camp has been an excellent time of fellowship with other Christians (both the leaders and some of the campers) as well as a unique opportunity to witness through personal testimony, devotions and Bible Study to the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
