Stepping down: Donald Matheson, Janet Matheson, Andrew Burrows and Anne Brodie are all stepping down. We are grateful to God for their years of service and deeply thankful for all that each has contributed to the work of EEFC.

On behalf of the EEFC Council, I would like to thank all those who have been partners in the work, through prayer, camps participation, giving and many other ways, we are deeply grateful to the Lord for your support.

The Website
Please keep an eye on the website (www.eefc.org.uk) as a source of news and information about developments. There are updates on the wider work of EEFC, as well as annual reports and photos from each of the camps. Contributions to website are welcome. Debrecen Conference
On March 27th 2010, EEFC representatives met in Debrecen, Hungary with national leaders from each of the Hungarian and Romanian camps. Amongst other things, camps strategy and a universal camps theme were discussed, you can read a full report by Tim Donachie on the website. The intention is to continue this as an annual conference, alternating between Budapest and Scotland, with the next conference planned for Budapest in September 2010.

Campsite Upgrades
In June 2009 EEFC received a donation of £10,000 from Women for Mission (WFM) to assist us with the upgrading of kitchen, shower and toilet facilities at our camps in Romania. Donald Matheson agreed a program of work during his visit in the summer of 2009 - a report of the visit, along with photographs is available on the EEFC website.

Prayer
We are grateful to our prayer secretary, Anne Brodie for producing monthly EEFC prayer notes. If you would like to receive them, please contact Anne.


EEFC supporters are encouraged to attend or establish regional prayer meetings to act as support groups and to pray together for the work of EEFC.
